Question & Answers
#1
Q: “Where do you source your information from?”
A: All information is gathered from a variety of sources over a large span of time and places. Pinpointing every single source is incredibly difficult. However, most information comes directly from original Swedish sources, such as handbooks, documents, film and photographs, and newspapers. That being said we will go back and add our sources in the future.
#2
Q: “How can we trust what you say?”
A: We at the SMA invest extensive time and effort into fact-checking and reviewing the information we acquire and provide. The spread of misinformation pains us, so we take every step necessary to ensure the accuracy of our information. If a source lacks credibility or is speculative, we will either clearly disclose that or refrain from using the information altogether.

A: YES. The Swedish militaria community is an utter minefield of poorly researched and thrown-together information, littered with misunderstandings, and an severe lack of information altogether.
